What area does Bounce Atlanta serve?

We service North Atlanta, from Marietta, Kennesaw, and East Cobb to parts of Atlanta (Druid Hills, Virginia-Highland, and Buckhead) and all areas in between. See our “About Us” page for more specifics. We can deliver to Cherokee, Cobb, Forsyth, north Fulton, Gwinnett, and Bartow Counties.

What forms of payment do you take?

We do not take checks. We do take cash, debit, American Express, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard, due at the time of delivery.

How far in advance should I place my reservation?

The sooner the better, but we can accommodate on a day’s notice.

How long can I keep the inflatable?

A full day. We schedule drop offs in the morning and we pick up that same evening.

How much space is required?

15 feet by 15 feet for a bounce house. 8’ x 20’ for the obstacle course, which has a climb-over wall, run-through tubes and climb-under portion. The slides are 8 feet (wide) x 20’ (long) x 20’ (height).

What about inclement weather?

We ask for a two-hour notice on cancellations with no charge. Once the equipment is delivered, it is yours for the day.A wet inflatable can be slippery and dangerous. To avoid injuries, children must exit moonwalks while it is raining. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the children’s safety in the event of adverse weather, and inflatables must be deflated when wind speeds exceed 20 mph.

How many kids can be in an inflatable at one time?

It depends on the age of the children. Please keep all the age groups the same at one time.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

No problem. Just give us a call at least two hours before the scheduled delivery time.

What about the hearts, balloons, buzzards, and other large decorative panels?

There is no additional charge for the panels. Just tell us what you need in advance.
